1.What do i use to clean my sofa?
Dry clean only with your favorite cleaner but it will be better for using dry cleaning and laundry services.

 

2.Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes. We provide replacement policy if you get any problem with the products which is proved that is our fault.

 

3.What is Fukui furniture made of?
From natural wood to environmentally friendly material called “engineered wood,” which is a combination of high quality hard wood and soft wood materials. It is best for the wooden frame, shelve, chairs and tables. For sofa, the fabric and filling will be chosen well from the best supplier. This makes our furniture not only affordable but also reassures that customers are getting a highly practical and well-designed piece of furniture. 4.Does the wooden furniture have a protective coating?
Yes, the product finishing is applied using a special in-house process that gives the piece of furniture beautiful look with a protective coat. In addition, some products come with a melamine top surface to keep products away from heat, stain, and scratch.

 

5.Do you bring the furniture already assembled or offer assembly services?
The furniture is brought to your home or business place in boxes unassembled with the instruction manual along.

 

For difficult items and large in quantity orders, it will take 60-75 days to finish because it takes us 30-45 days to prepare fabric and 30 days for making others parts. For easy items, in-stock items or fabric available items which can be completed in a month.

 

7.Does fabric come in another color?
Absolutely! There are many available choices of color which are in our website. Each color will has examples on display though the best way to know is to ask a salesman.

 

8.Are there volume limits on products?
We provide 2 options of capacity restrictions – 20feet (25 Cbm) and 40feet (58Cbm). We will test product up to certain volume for fitting these types of container which will cost you lowest price. If you would like more information regarding to capacity restrictions on a specific product, please contact our salesman.

 

9.What is the sofa filling made of?
We make two types of filling as followings:

- Siliconized Polyester Staple Fiber (4D/8D) 

- Duck Feather 

These two types of filling are the same in making sofa softer and suppler with tremendous durability and easily-cleaned.

 

10.Why does my sofa feel firmer when it was delivered compared to the way it felt in the showroom?
All sofas will have a small "break in" period. The foam at all levels of quality will soften as the cushions are broken in. After a short period of use, your new furniture will soon have the same comfort of the showroom products.

 

11.Can I get a better price when I place an order on website?
In general, we just provide better price for VIP customers who can access our website. Most likely you will see the fixed price on web for every product. A salesperson will also quote you a price if asked. But you can always ask if you could get a better price on that chair, sofa for instance. You can always ask if there are any upcoming sales when you might be able to buy your desired piece at a lower and more desirable price.
